As said above, we don’t just want to do the work, our heart is to Empower others to do the work! We know what it’s like to keep running as a leader whether in a full time position or a volunteer position. Our heart is to fill leaders’ tanks! Looking to inspire and put life back into them. We run under the principle of us being gifted so that we can equip the saints, not just be the work, which is why so much of our work is about Empowering others.

Our passion is to see leaders Empowered, stretched and released into new opportunities knowing that they are valued and gifted. We know that short term we can achieve a lot but the real development comes through Empowering people to last the journey.

How Can Pulse Empower Leaders In Your Setting?

Leadership Development - A lot of how we Empower leaders is through training, however in every event we do there is an aspect of leadership development, giving time for talks, offering one-to-ones, prayer and encouragement.

Mentoring - Our heart is to speak life into people; we want to invest in their journey. That means that sometimes we invest in and develop leaders for longer periods of time, thus creating a mentoring relationship.

E:quip - Empowering leaders can also happen through our E:quip programme, where we invite people to come on mission with us as our interns. They grow through experiences, but also are developed by our teaching. More details on this can be found on our “Equipping Interns” page.
