Take a glance at the Pulse logo, there is a picture of a ripple. This was a picture that a number of people had regarding Pulse. There is a sense in which Pulse will go into a Church and either kick start their vision or expand it. Either way Pulse will be a catalyst for the beginnings of this knock-on effect. We believe that as Pulse enters an area it will produce a ripple and from there it will continue to grow and increase in power. Our focus is Enabling Churches in their children’s and young people’s ministry; however we know that God moves amongst all people. Leadership is key also, and wherever we go and whatever we do we love to invest in leaders of all ages.
We love to work alongside people exploring vision for their Church or an aspect of their ministry, and are excited about what God is going to do in your Church, and in turn in your community.

How Can Pulse Enable Your Church?
All of our work enables the local Church to grow, and looks to Enlarge and Equip your ministry with children and young people.

Church Weekends - Pulse will come and run your weekend away with either your children or young people. We are usually able to generate a team of vetted, gifted and experienced people, so your regular leaders and helpers can have a break. If your Church is exploring the possibilities of youth and children’s work we are available to come and speak.
Training - We are committed to training in all kinds of subjects from praying with children to the Holy Spirit and young people, from how to run a school club to what’s our vision? (Please request our training pack for more details).
Consultation - If you are about to appoint a children’s or youth worker or an evangelist/pastor/minister, Pulse could help you. We have experience of what it is like to work in a Church and can give advice/ongoing support to you and whoever is appointed. Pulse also offers a mentoring system that is good for anyone involved in full time children’s and young people’s work.

Follow up - We desire to be a ministry that not only produces good quality events but also offers ideas and experience of how to follow up the work that has been done with the children and young people.
We are committed to being available for ongoing support, follow up events and follow up conversations, as we want the best for your Church, the young people and the Kingdom of God.
